A Newbie Hello!

I'm new to cd-haven and also to "real" cross-dressing. Since I was a teen (50 years ago!), when alone I would "borrow" my mother's clothes and then my wife's. My wife knew my interest but it was occasional and not obtrusive. Now, though, I am expressing my feminine side more fully. A year ago I started wearing panties all the time and a nighty to bed. (Oooh, does that feel goooood!!!) My wife was OK with that. I moved on to painted toe nails, which my wife was OK with as long as I wore socks or slippers inside and my toes were not exposed outside. Now, I have started my own wardrobe. I want to come out. My wife is struggling with this, understandably. I am en femme now as she is out with a friend. I'm not really looking for advice, more to vent, as my wife's and my different perspectives on CDing is the big issue. i suspect I am not alone, nor is she.

Hello, Rachel--
Welcome to the board. There is a lot of info here on couples dealing with this, as well as support for your spouse, if she wants to use it.

Hi, Rachel, and welcome to the Haven!
Ditto what Anita said . . . your wife (SO) is welcome and encouraged to join for support, too.

Hi Rachel,
I'm new here as well, and I've found that it's a very comfortable place to start letting myself open up

Welcome Rachel,
Be happy your wife is as accepting as she is. Baby steps and don't push her. What I would give to have the amount of acceptance you already have.
