I have just registered and wanted to say 'hello' to everyone.

I have been wearing feminine undies and stockings for a while but in recent months have started to dress completely in female clothing to go out on occasions. I'm not sure where I'm going with this but it is very enjoyable.

Welcome Dianne, Glad to hear that you are out and about, I envy you I'm struggling with the first time confronting someone while dressed.

I'm glad you can go out and feel somfortable and have some fun. But i'm also very jealous.

Thank you all very much for your warm welcome - it is greatly appreciated.

Kristen - I'm not yet at the stage where I go out just anywhere. So far I have restricted myself to visits to my aromatherapist and another female friend. I do have to get out of the car and walk to their front doors and passers-by have seen me briefly on a couple of occasions but it is not exactly the middle of town!

The two ladies mentioned above are both very accepting and have been very constructive with their comments on what I have been wearing.

Welcome! I'm mystified by your wonderful avatar, as I don't even see an "X" where one is supposed to be. So I hope that it posts at my house sometime soon!

It doesn't take long for the comfort level of going out to rise, especially if you're getting a warm reception from the folks you do see.

Dianne, We do have to be careful where we go. But to be in the car has been a step it has taken years for me to work up to. I still envy you to get in and out of the car. I have been working up to my first encounter and I was trying for this past sunday , but fell into the shopping mode. I have been in fem mode all summer long, except when my daughter visits me, she's 13, and my ex doesn't want her to deal with this until sh'e a bit older. She's got such an attitude these days. Hope you are having fun with this forum , it's so cool to be able to talk to other crossdressers. ..........Kristen
