Hello everyone, I am somewhat new to this site. I have been visiting and reading the different posts for a while and thought that I would introduce myself.
My name is Geri. I am named after my male name Jerry. My wife felt better calling me Geri rather than Wendie, which was the name we agreed on after I finaly came out to her six years ago. We have three kids who are all grown and famlies of thier own, and two grandsons.
We rised our family in Las Vegas and are currently full time RVrs. We hit the road last year and traveled to Florida, where my wife grew up and spent most of 04 there. I had some trouble connecting with other CD's in the area but finally found a group in Orlando. Most of the year I didn't get out. We are now making plans to move to florida sometime in June.
I love going out dressed, shopping, lunch, evening with the girls, ect. My wife is very supportive and usually goes with me/us when we go out. We were both very involved in a local Tri-ess here in Las Vegas for several years. We both held office and was there for the support of new crossdressers and thier families. My wife has worked with wifes who were shattered by the CDing news of thier spouse and help all those of different levels of acceptence. She still remindes me of the importance of my self at times encourging me to dress up occasionally, when I find myself in one of those moods or rutts.
Well, I think I have rattled on enough for now. Hope everyone has a great New Year and a safe one

to you. I understand you very well as I too have a very loving and caring wife who goes way out of her way to help with my CD'ing. Like you when we lived in New Orleans we belonged to a Tri-Ess group in Houston and they were the best people you will ever know.
