I just finished watching the documentary. Excellent piece! =D>

I especially enjoyed the depictions of how other cultures around the world have a much more tolerant attitude towards transgenderism. I think we can all agree that Western Society has a lot to learn!

I got involved in other things Monday night, could someone provide a critique of the show?

But don't worry! They will be re-airing it several more times... here are all the future showings.

I finally got to see this yesterday morning on HBO On Demand. It was very informative. I disliked the opening somewhat, an "Autopsy"-style examination of the murder of Gwen Araujo, but that segued into less confrontational material.

It's one thing to know that we are all part of a rainbow of different shades, but it's quite different to see an array of all the colors like that. I'd heard of the katoey and the hijras, but I didn't know quite as much as I thought about either. I hope that the boy Noah they profiled at the beginning has a long happy life, whatever he decides to do.
