keeping things amongst friends

Four men went out to play a round of golf. The first three headed to the first tee whilst the fourth went into the clubhouse to pay the green fees.
While they were waiting the the first guy started bragging about his son, " You know my son, he's been so successful with his real estate business he recently gave away a house for free to a friend."
The second guy, puffing out his chest said, " Well, my son has been so successful he has a chain of car dealerships, and he recently gave away a brand new Mercedes for free to a friend"
The third guy, not to be outdone proudly said, " Well my son has made such a success of his stock broking business he recently gave away a share portfolio for free to a friend."
Just then the fourth guy joined them and they told him,"We've just been talking about our sons and how well they're doing, how's your son getting along."
He replied, " Well my son's gay, he only dances in a gay club, he doesn't earn much, but recently his last three boyfriends gave him a house, a Mercedes and a Share portfolio, all for free."
