I went to download the Android version on 123 flash chat to my tablet so I can use it for the chat room. According to the 123 flashchat website the license owner has to request permission for users to download the app. Is this something we can do here?

We are not using 123 Flash Chat here at the Haven, and I do not believe that our version of Flash Chat can be used on anything but computers.
