Sorry to be ignorant.but that happens...now..can i upload to the pic gallery from my PC? Or do I have to use a 3rd party? When i tried from my PC it sid..0 files uploaded. Sorry if this so basic...I searched everwhere for help before i posted

You'll need to tell me every step you're taking because I was able to upload ok.

Did you have the file open with another program when you were trying to upload it?

Ok..think I did every thing ok..the file is 174k...but when i upload it..it says "pixel limit exceeded". Thanks a lot for your help..you and the others are wonders!!

You're a doll for putting up with me. Well...I reduced the pixels...and that eliminated the pixel error message. Now I get this message
"Successful Uploads
1 uploads were successful".
But when I click continue, as it requests...I get a white screen, and nothing in my album. HeeHee, wonder where they went? Maybe to the Dep't of Homeland Insecurity:)

I have XP Home....2.8 ghz Dell...with norton Internet Security 2005..I just tried again..disabled Norton...and still get that white screen after it says the download was successful. Sigh, well..my pic was ugly anyway. I really do appreciate your help..and I'll try again soon....bet its something stupid on my end. File is 174 kb..at 90 pixels now. And saw your file in my album..so thats working.

Don't you ever say any of your photos are ugly again (just heard you say that in my head when I was typing) . Frustration is one thing, but we are all beautiful people inside and out. I really doubt you could ever post an ugly picture.

I sent you the file...I'm not frustrated....I'm the kind of person who will hack at this til i make it work:). I think one of the reasons I wanted to share this was to encourage others..not so much vanity. I still can't believe I did this (go to disney, that is). And yes....i do have security issues , who doesn't? But this is a huge part of me.

Have you tried to upload any other photos? Other than the one you e-mailed me?

Did you reduce the size of that photo in a program to make it smaller or was that the exact file you tried to upload.

You look very pretty, btw. I love your smile. It's adorable.

The file was originally 2.36 meg, taken with a Kodak 6.1 mg pixel digi.....reduced it using Elements. Haven't tried another file yet. Sorry about the double message entry...I was attacked by a hungry dog while I was typing.
