Today, Sunday, my training partner and I were talking about "things." Her new found love =soul mate. Our realtionship as training partners and that we should maybe do things together. Like on the 4th of July maybe all go out on my boat, me Brandi and the two of them then come back and have a cook-out and she thought that was a great idea. Then maybe the four of us doing "dinner and a movie" stuff. Then she hit me with the greatest compliment I guess I could have. She said that she and her SO are planning on going to Vermont in the fall to get married ------- she asked me to give her away!!!!!!! Now how cool is that!?????????? Hell, I started crying again, -- what is this with these female tears???? Actually I love it it makes me feel so good!!!!!!!
Girls I tell you we have the greatest "gift" that one could have. If you want or can move beyond just the dressing aspect and delve into the feminine side of our being! It is, well for this girl it is actually beyoind her ability to express how happy it makes her!!!!!
God bless you all,
Virginia

What is it with weddings and members of this forum

That's really nice to hear Virginia. And it's good to know that you've got all these gals that love you for you.

Now dry up those tears, oh, wait, those are mine

Hi Virginia--
There have been a number of occasions like that, but the last one was very special to me. A 50th birthday party for a lesbian friend, and I went as Anita. I had a wonderful time, and my friend said that at least four women had mentioned how they had enjoyed meeting me and talking to me. Three of them came to see me play the next week.

That will something, if the four of you can have some outings together. Go for it!

Glad to hear you had such a fabulous evening. It is one thing to dress at home and feel good about yourself but quite another to actually mingle with others and be accepted for who you are. Well done!

Ladies, thanks for yor replies! If only society in general would be as accepting as various segments of our society are within themselves.
Anita, it is so nice that those girls came to hear you play, I would love to hear you as well!
Love you all,
Virginia
