Polish change question

For those of you who keep your toenails polished 24/7...when you get a pedicure or change your polish yourself, do you switch colors every time or have ever continuously used the same polish? I am currently wearing OPI Romeo and Joliet on my toenails and it is so fall/autumn I am going to wear it again when I re-do my toenails.
Do you match your polish with the trends or seasons? Say burgundys or coppers or bronzes in fall, reds in winter. Mauves and Purples in spring and pinks and corals in summer?

Wow, for a minute there I though you were wanting to move to Poland!!!

I usually only keep my toesnails polished in the spring and summer, into fall, when I might wear sandals. I usually wear flats, pumps and boots in the winter with stockings or socks, so the polish would be covered anyway. Kinda pragmatic, I know, but thats life.

No one sees my toes polished but me. I usually use a color that I do not like on my fingers. Can not waste it you know.

Sometimes I will use the same color over and over, especially if it is a favorite, and on occasion change it.

I seem to be hooked on this OPI Romeo and Joliet, it is a very drak, shimmery burgundy...the light pinks and mauves don't do it for me lately! I am sure I will get tired of it after awhile, but I will ride the wave!

I usually get a shade of RED but this time I got white tips only for a change.

I go out a couple of times a month and in summer when I am wearing open shoes I paint my toe nails to match the outfit I am planning to wear. Now it is getting colder this doesn't matter so much but I still co-ordinate colours. A nail job can last up to a month. but I seldom wear the same colour two months in succession.

We seem to have a similar sense of humor. See my post (second down), first sentence!
