In warmer weather, I sometimes perspire between my chest and my silicone forms. I have not gotten cloth covers but Truekare sells them.

What do others do in this circumstance?

Thanks, Anne

I purchased some mastectomy bras on line. They have a cloth pocket for your breast forms to fit into and are very comfortable. Only the cloth touches your chest. The forms stay put no matter what you may be doing.

The only time I don't wear them is if I'm wearing something low cut and need to show some cleavage. I haven't found a mastectomy bra that is low cut and don't even know if they make them. I hope this helps.

I have used baby powder / cornstarch powder to deal wth that....and sometmes just lived with it. Last week I used medical adhesive and no bra for about a 16 hour day n a sun dress (it was only supposed to be for 8 hours, but traffic and changes in plans got me). That was a little uncomfortable by the end of the day.

On the ohter hand, my wife tells me that it is not uncommon for women to get a lot of persperation under their breasts as well on very warm days. So its not unique to our dressing.

I sweat. I sweat a lot; enough to get the forms wet through their covers and the mastectomy bra.

Here's the thing girls. You need to gently wash the forms if you're sweating all over them. Follow their instructions.; you are washing off your salts that can gnaw on them.

Deoderant under the breast forms on the bare chest works pretty well. I used it before going to excercise. No breakouts or anything from the deoderant.
