My late wife always wore panties under her pantyhose so I just assumed that was the way to do it. Today Iwas just going to be around the house so i thought why not be silly and try them without panties. Granted I still wore my HWLLPG to keep things in their place but I was surprised how comfortable it is! Anyone else go like this or do you all wear panties with pantyhose?

Kim, pantyhose are designed not to have to wear a panty with them. But I know many woman do wear panties with them.

I will wear panty hose, but on occcasion wear a control panty over that for the girdle effect.

Personally I never wear panties under my pantyhose. I find it a lot more comfortable, cooler, and sexier. I do generally wear some form of a girdle over them though, partly to help keep the pantyhose in place but also to help hide, ah, well you know!

I always always wear a pair of knickers under mine. Not sure why, it just feels 'right' to me I guess. I did try it the other way round, knickers over tights but it just didnt feel right. I've no idea why lol

I was never into 'fancy' knickers either, just plain old ones, maybe with a print or the odd frill, but always a bow heehee.

Seems to me, that initially, panties were built into pantyhose. But over the years, not all pantyhose seem to fit that mold.

I wear panties underneath.

I guess I am different as I always wear my panties over the PH if and when I wear them, I'm still a stocking girl.

I always wear panties under PH (tights) and every woman I have known intimately enough for me to know has as well.

I'm a panties under the hose girl. Try being tall with your panties over your hose and the hose do a slow crawl down your legs as the day goes on. Not a nice feeling with having just the hose doing the crawl. All my GGs that I asked or saw, for that matter, are panties under hose too.

I'm a stocking girl, but when I do wear pantyhose/tights I always wear knickers/panties underneath.Its more hygenic!

Live and learn. I thought it was the law that panties had to go under panty hose. Now after 38 years another aspect of getting dressed to experiment with.

Well, I suppose, at least, I could try it... (still prefer stockings!)

I (and I believe most women) find that pantyhose with out panties prevents panty lines under tight skirts or dresses.

Absolutely correct KT! It was in the late 70's when Underalls came out that some women stopped wearing panties under their pantyhose to prevent the dreaded VPL. Personally I find it more comfortable and less of a hassle not to wear panties althoughI generally wear a control panty or girdle over them. I know all of my 3 sisters go without panties when they wear pantyhose, just one of those girl talk subjects that cameup a few years ago.
