You have to pay attention to the crotch styles. The ones that hold you in better have no, or avery short, crotch panel (I can't remember the other name for this, must be getting old).

You hold them up and if the crotch panel drops too low below the leg opening, it won't hold you.

The closer the panel is to being even with the leg opening, the more luck you'll have in staying put.

Begs the question...do you count a pair as one or two?

Count them as 2 then divide by 2 and if you come up with an odd number go buy another pair.

So do you count them every time you do laundry? Could make for a lot of shopping trips.
