What do to about my size?!

Okay, the problem: I'm genetically built like a football player! I have a rather broad chest and shoulders, I'm 6'1" and the best weight I've been since high school has been 220lbs. At 220 I look fit, but if I could get down to 200 I'd look appropriately slim for my build.
Also, my current job requires a lot of lifting and physical effort, so my arms a bit more muscular and defined than a woman's normally.
My question: Any tips/suggestions out there on de-emphasising my natural build? I did another post which linked to a webpage about the type of clothing would help.
I'm curious about things like bra/breast size. What to shoot for as far as cup size when I dress. My wife thinks going for D with my size, but would that be too much with my broad chest? (chest measurement just below breasts is 42!) I'm pondering trying some breastforms, thus trying to figure out what may look best before I spend the money.
Also, since I'm tall, should I do something to make myself look not so tall? Or just go with the height? I do have nice looking, slender legs that do have decent muscle tone, but as I mentioned above I'm plagued by my muscular calves due to work and just the way I was born.
I know I'm long winded here, so will cut it short with one last question: Any other "big" girls out there that have gone out en femme? Able to pass as a taller, larger figured woman or will I stand out more?
