I was a show a few days ago the creator of this assume product was on. I thought I would pass it along the product is called Spanx. You can find it at http://www.spanx.com and judge for your self. It is also sold at some retail stores as well such as Macy's

Wow! thanks Jessie. That seems to be a lot and I mean a lot less expensive than the Veronica I, II or III. I don't have them, but they are spoken highly of and if you have the $300- $400 for one I guess it is worth it. This SpanX seems to be along the same lines, but costs a lot less.

On the other hand, you know my philosophy :P "DIET AND EXERCISE!"

Love,

Virginia

If you like the Spanx line try the Hidden Assets stuff at Target. They are from the daughter of the woman who created Spanx and about half the price! :)

Also for those of you who prefer a more "traditional" type girdle tryt the "This End Up' from Barely There. It gives you a nice smooth tummy and boosts and shapes the butt. I bought one a few weeks ago and love it under slacks and tight skirt.

I've gone the 'healthy eating' and exercise routine myself. 6' 157lbs. I wear a size 8 dress now. I never did like the feel of the spanx, preferring the softness of nylon skirts and feminine clothing.

It is a lifestyle change for me and when people ask me why I am so skinny, they don't know my other side... it is worth it.

Lately I have a hunger for that "retro" look for my underwear. The full-figure shaper panties and lacy long-line bras.

I purchased a pair of padded panties with the silicone pads. The waist is a bit large so the silicone pads pull the panties down. I am looking for a high waisted panty girdle that I can insert or sew in inserts that will fit inside the panty to give me a padded rear and hips. Does anyone use a panty or panty girdle that would do the trick? I am tall and thin and need the padding. What type of panty or panty girdle would you suggest.

I was at LB Today...

I got some "Power Panties". They are nice and help with middle. But not a heavy girdle. But enough help for everyday wear.

I also got one pair of Crops and some panties and shirt. Wanted to use up Check for 25 bucks off 75.

Got all the Gals a Gift Certf from Candy place (2 of them) and 1 got GC from Smelly Place of Lotions (she don't need candy, but the Sales Girl at Candy Place could not make 3 gift cards, so all worked out).

I plan on going to the Library and seeing how the Power Panties feel today. So far (10 min) Good.

Hehe.. same for me. Since I got back to things in December, bought an Elliptical, which I use daily and have lost 20lbs... down from a 16 to a 12 presently.
