Thanks for the link. It was fun to read, wow I didn't even know that they made 7 inch shoes. That would be fun to try.

rotf , I think I'll take lessons as a 4" heel is my limit and I am not really comfortable in them. Now the old stand by 3 1/2" heels I can wear all day long in comfort. ***huh***

I'm with you Carol Ann. I can do 4" but 3" is very comfortable all day. Must be getting old because I have a couple pairs of 5" but afraid I would get a nose bleed if I wore them now. :P

I have a few pairs of 3!/2 inch heels that are comfortable I much prefer my 2 1/2 heels. It feels so natural to wear the shorter ones.of course you need at least one pair in every color.

I have a 6 inch pair that I can walk in very well. My calfs get tired fast. I also have a pair that is 4 inch that is more comfortable than some of my man shoes. I think I could wear my 4inch Mary Janes all day no problem.

I love heels, I have 150 pairs of shoes, except for a few sandals that are 4" most of my shoes are 5" heels. I have no problem walking I them and can go 6 hours or so before feet hurt. It really depends on how the shoe is cut and made.

Nice Angie

150 pairs of shoes would need a room of there own.

Thanks for the input

3 to 3.5" high heels is tops for me. I would say anything over 4" is not Practical for every day use.

I also think, walking in High Heels is a nice experience. But two things kept me away from buying Heels: first their price (shoe size > 9) and my size. With such heels I would be too tall to look feminine...

I would think there would be some shoe stores in Germany that have low prices, like we have here.

As for your height, I hear that all the time, and usually they are mistaken. Height isn't a barrier to looking good in heels.

Jabbela......I saw a post on another forum that simple asked Yes/No if a CD over 6 feet should wear 3+ inch high heels. The poll ended with a 98% YES. There are plenty of women that are tall and wear high heels.

I am 6' tall. One day one of the girls on this forum suggested to me, to purchase some heels. I did and never looked back. I am in 3.5" heels right now, but I never leave the house with them on. I don't want to draw any more attention to my height outside the house.
