Hi Lynda,
I concur with the others on both of you going to therapy. When I came out to my wife a few years back I went to a therapist and eventually she did too. It certainly helped unfortunately her therapist wasn't very informed on crosssressing. Mine was and that helped. Good luck and hang in there.
