Thanks for the post!!!! It did not say where the survey was taken. I can almost assure you that in my little town, an 80% response would include threats of bodily harm and questions on parential heritage!! But that will not stop me from pursuing this. We have a, dare I say, growing population of CD'ers here and availiable services is one of the topics I intend to discuss at our next support group meeting. I may also do the survey thing here as well and have the results sent to a PO box, just to see what happens!
