Called Michelle

General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

Called Michelle

Post by DonnaT »

I was called Michelle yesterday. The receptionist from my neurologist called and left a message on the phone to remind me of my appointment this morning, "This message is for Michelle . . ."

So, I wore my Escada perfume today when I went in for my appointment, and the nurse loved it.

Hi Amelie--
It is good to see you again, my dear.

My first reaction was like yours--"Donna, Michelle--a rose by any other name!" Then I remembered that "Donna's" name is NOT Donna in the every-day drama that we call life. So the nurse was crossing gender lines on her own initiative, here.

Did she take a boy name like Michael or Mitchell and twist it a bit? (You don't have to answer that!) Or do you think the nurse is part of the Transgender Agenda, the one where we supposedly feminize every boy and man we can get our hands on?
