Regenerating skin creams

I have tried Olay Regenerist products and cant believe how well it gets rid of small lines and creases and even has a positive effect on the larger ones. It also seems to even out the skin tone. Its a bit pricey, but it really works well.

Are there other products that work as well or better? Does anyone know the magic ingredient? (Eye of newt or something?)

I use Olay Regenerist also and been very pleased with it. Have not found any other product that even comes close.
