I am a newby who cant wait to introduce herself. My name today is Kerry, it might be something different tomorrow, because I can never make my mind up what I should be called. A feminine name is not something I consider essential. Twenty five years ago I joined an organisation called the Beaumont Society in the UK. I went to one of their social functions, bought myself a drink and sat with a group of other members. I found myself castigated because (A) I introduced myself as Jim and (B) Was drinking a pint of beer. (C) I wore male spectacles.
I was told in no uncertain terms that not only did I need a feminine name, but I should not be drinking a pint of beer, nor smoke my pipe and must ensure that I dress appropriately.
What a load of CRAP! I am a male that likes to dress in female clothes. The End! There is no more than that. I hate feminine chores, detest babies, and cant cook.
I enjoy walking in the hills, photography, gardening, eating out, red wine, computers, strategy games and conversation.
I am pleased I have found this Forum and hope to make new friends here.
