You Gotta Learn

A 'round table' for CDs, TGs and GG/SOs to talk with each other. We're all in this together, so let's make the most of it.

You Gotta Learn

Post by Virginia »

WEll after what I am sure some will describe as a diatribe in another thread, the main reason I logged on tonight was to share a book with you. As you my sisters who are interested in learning about the whys and wherefores of who and what we are, you have found there ain't too much literature out there. I came across this through my new TG friend. A lot of it, some 467 pages, does not deal directly with us, but read between the lines and take notes and write in the margins and study and it is well worth the less than $30.00 on Amazon.
"Transgender Emergence" by Arlene Istar Lev; printed by The Hayworth Clinical Practice Press; (Therapeutic Guidelines for Working With Gender-Variant People and Their Families)
Did you know that in certain societies, "girls" like us are actually held in the very highest regard?
