A few years ago I stumbled on a site called Comfilon. They make panty hose for men with opening in the front front for your..... Well you know! Since then they have changed there name to I believe Activskin. Try either in your search engine and one should work. I wear them when I'm going drag(Excuse me DRAB!) They let you go to the mens room with no hassles. What will they think of next? Maybe DRESSES WITH POCKETS! Where am I supposed to put my Swiss Army Knife!....... Alright ladies take your mind out of the gutter. It wouldn't fit there! I'm a petite gal you know!
