I have contacted our ISP. Now I'm just waiting to hear from them and see what might be causing the upload problem...

I just checked my support ticket I opened yesterday morning and still no response on what the problem is with the Photo Gallery... Sorry...

I will let you know as soon as I hear something...

Good News!!! The Photo Gallery has been fixed and ready for you to download your pics... Hey, that actually rhymes...

Our ISP said that the permissions on the edit folder in the albums folder were either wrong to begin with..or got changed.

It seems like this problem is happening about every couple of months... We haven't been touching anything on this end...
Maybe we have "Ghosts in the Machine"...
