Big Three!

Ladies as you know the top three things we should have in our arsenal, if you will: 1. A nice, properly fitted wig.
2. the correct color foundation (make-up)
3. a nice, natural, easy smile (white teeth)
I recently bought the new Listerine "Whitening/ prebrush rinse" It says to use it twice a day before you brush. I have used it for two days and I can tell a big difference. I have tried the strips and the mouth pieces with the gel and they seem to work but I really can tell a big difference with this already and it is cheaper. It says to swish it around for up to a minute and it turns into a thicker foam then spit it out and brush your teeth. I would recommend it. If you use mouth wash any way why not some that will also whiten your teeth?!

Very true. I'd vote for those top three too.

I'm planning on doing stuff specifically for my smile this year.

From my Dentist--- FWITW

Tooth whiteners are bad for people with sensitive teeth and gums, and can cause sloughing of the lining inside of the mouth if used too often (like twice a day).

Some that are mouth rinses, can loosen the adhesive holding caps in place on teeth that have had root canals. (so can good scotch!!! darn it).
