Hi Virginia,

I agree with you. I've heard the pricing is about the same too. It's not too bad. Doing it myself was pretty fun though. I imagine, if I'm being honest with myself, there's also fear involved with me not having to take a wig into a shop. :-k

I have to conquer fear. :-k Maybe for my human hair wig I'll take it to a store to have it styled. :-k

Thanks for the thinker post. :)

Virginia,

I took a couple of my wigs back to the shop from which I purchased them for cleaning/whatever and it cost about the same as yours per wig. I seem to remember that the two were $34 (US) and that was over 10 years ago!

I also thought I was told they had equipment or a way to "repair" at least some damage to the synthetic fibers, but I don't know for sure.

Awesome, Beauty!!

Normally I wash my wigs in mild soap & water at least once about every 6 or 7 wearings or so. During the summer months when I sweat I will double up on the washings.
Live it. Love it. OWN IT.

Thank you, you are the sweetest. :) :) :) :) :)

I think your advice was great advice about wig care when you wear them that often. =D>

Thanks again. :) I really appreciate your backing and support for me. :)
