Hi all
Hello everyone. This is quite a nice page you have set up. Sorry about the rediculous name, it's just who I am. Well now to introduce myself.
My name is Nathan. I am 15 and crossdress in my private life. I would like to become more open about it, like going out in public, but I really find difficulty in that. I once tried but then just went back inside immediately out of fear of being seen. Now I look like a guy, but when I dress I can pass, so I don't know why I have such fears.
Now I'm in the middle of deciding how this will fit into my life when I move out from the parents house. Now it would seem like I would have more freedom but as far as school I am seriously considering going to the Air Force academy, so it's going to be seldom and not for very long.
I'm also having the problem with the two different mes. There is the guy me, and the girl me. Niether is from trying to conform to others, just how I am. On one side I am very open with opinions, very smart, pretty strong, and quite good in debates. I'm the funny guy of the group, and I'm quite "manly" about many things. I'm always wanting to help (especially girls) and only with things that help show off my strengths...hehe....then there is the other me that lives at home. The quieter one who is always deep in thought.
None of my family members know about my secret, and I've only told one special person....someone who is quite distant from me now (not because of the crossdressing thing) I only dress when others are away or it's late at night, whether sleeping or if everyone else is asleep.
Well, enough of my blabber. I hope I enjoy this board a lot. :D

Hi Darth,
Welcome to the board.

If you use search I'm sure you can find some pretty cool things that help you understand who you are a little better.
The Academy thing is tough. At your age I was able to put away my TG'd side long enough to be a boy and have fun as one. So if you decide to do it, I think you'll be ok.
I wish you the best and thanks for joining.

Hello Darth,
to the forum.
It takes some a long time, and others no time at all, to integrate their two sides and finally decide that they are really only one person. Don't try to keep your selves separated.
As for going out, no rush. I'd suggest waiting until you think you can have fun while out enfemme, instead of worrying whether you were going to get caught. Such as halloween. We had a young CD go by here last year, and he was accompanied by several girls, and having fun being with them. Or such as your senior year in H.S. Some schools have a senior class grad party, during which some have the girls recruit boys for a beauty contest.
I only went out in the backyard when I was your age.

Oh my neighbors would looooove that. Long story about hypocrits and whatnot.
Of course when I'm out I hear all about how people treat people like us. All I hear is stupid jokes and critisism. Of course I tell joke sometimes, but mine aren't offensive, they are funny. If only people were more tolerant, and not just the accusers, but those accused as well. People should be able to laugh about anything, and people should know how to be nice and not offensive. But that's just life.
Anyway, all of us need to hide in a hole. I hear self-expression is a crime nowadays.

Hi Darth,
Welcome
to the forum. Don't get down that there are not more young folk here. A lot of teens have the additional hurttles of parents who monitor and block kids web surfing. You may find us "old people" may have some great tips for you anyway. We are here if you need to talk. Good luck. The main thing I can comment on is don't let this consume you. Enjoy it when you can as a treat to yourself. Finish school and go to college do your best.
Welcome

Greetings Darth!
This is not a forum for old people. It is a forum where more experienced help support those less experienced.
I applied for entrance to the US Navy Academy, knowing I would have to put aside my crossdressing. I was not appointed. In college, I considered ROTC, but didn't, primarily due to the crossdressing.
Getting my pilot's license took another 20 years, because it is so expensive. But I did get to fly.
I advise you to go for an appointment to the Air Force Academy. If you don't, you will always wonder what could have happened. If you get in, you will have to conform for eight years, but there are ways to deal with it. Others on this forum have had a military career and have survived. If you aren't appointed (and most aren't) then you lost nothing, and you can be yourself.
Welcome.
Bernice

Hi Darth,
Welcome to the forum. Like you I have the two clearly defined sides too: man and girl. Even when I was a teenager, I exhibited some qualities from each "group." However, I really didn't get into crossdressing until my late 30's and I have only fully crossdressed a short time (but only because of my wife's tolerance). Take it slow. There's plenty of time to explore your fem side. There's a lot of good people on this forum for advice. I know I have asked for advice sometimes. Anyway, good luck!

Darth,
In a perfect world, the appointment committee would find your extra-curricular crossdressing a valued attribute. Women make better pilots anyway - I just met a lady CH-47 Chinook driver this last Saturday.
What they don't know about you shouldn't hurt them. In the meantime, let's work on making this a more perfect world!
Hugs,
Bernice
