For us that are CD'ers and are not on hormones or other physically altering things, the band size is critical then what are you gong to introduce into the cup and just how big do you want to appear. Those of us who venture out in public, ususally take the position, that we do not want to draw any undue attention to our chest. A 150 pound CD'er with a 38 in chest sporting a pair of DD's will likely get more than a second or third look -could fall in the "not good" category! Socks, water balloons, rice bags, (or I have even heard bird seed) all can make good "stuffin." but nuttin works like a good silicone form from a legitimate manufacturer. I have found that good forms will work with both underwire and non-wired bras, but as you have pointed out, cup cut and size is very important, so choose wisely.
