Hi Anne,

I'm sure it is. :) I believe one of our members probably can even tell you what it is. The easiest way I would think is to load a new browser (Gawd knows there's a billion out there) and go to this site first.

Then review cookies and you should see the name of it.

Anne, are you asking if the cookie name (which, indeed, has the word "crossdressers" in it) can be changed so that it doesn't have that word in it? That, I don't know. :-k

The site puts a cookie with the filename "crossdressers-haven.com" - I was hoping this might be something else like "fred" or otherwise unrecognizable. I'm sure the cookie just stores username/password if you so choose.

Hi Anne,

The cookie name is actually something totally different. The domain name is logged in the cookie. Are you asking if we can change the domain name in the cookie?

I'm not sure how cookies are handled so it is hard for me to ask exactly. Sorry.

Hi Anne,

I was being lazy and didn't want to look at the console to figure out the cookie name. When I did it was pretty easy to see it's name. The cookie file on your PC, usually named cookie(s).txt does contain the domain in that master cookies file and sometimes even in your browser. So there's no way to change that on our side.

However there are products out there that can help you hide things.

So my answer for your question is the cookie name does not contain crossdressers or anything like that in it and what you're seeing is the domain. :(
