new girl from the Bay Area

Hi everyone!

My name is Maria Bianca. I officially came out in December of last year, and I enjoy participating in monthly TG groups in the Bay Area.

I am a single, part-time CD who is going though a career change. I dress when I am at home and at TG events. In the past, I studied accounting and worked full-time in many office settings. I am currently in school, and I am taking classes in chemistry and calculus. I enjoy the fields of chemistry, physics, and astronomy. I would like to get a degree in the sciences, preferably in chemistry.

The San Francisco Bay Area is a wonderful place to go out and about. It's great to have some members from the Bay Area. I have met Darla D. at several events.

Welcome and I am impressed with your background and interests. Just on thing, I can only assume you mean you dress part time 'cause there ain't no parttime crossdressers. Once you am one you am one!

to you. Gee chem was a course I took in HS and never opened a book and still got good grades. Just one of those subjects
I had a feel for. But I'm more then sure that your studies are way over my head now. As was stated earlyer there are no part time cressdressers

Wish i had a support group to go to and meet other CDer. Am trying very hard to attend the spring gathering in Euruka Springs just to meet people.

Hi Maria,

Welcome here,

Don't let the Sisters confuse you here. Cross dressing is an activity. So unless you are cross dressed all of the time you are indeed a part time cross dresser.

I think there needs to be another Label to describe what has been previously said about that here.

There is indeed something about us that is more permanent that provides the need to cross dress.

I thought I had already gotten in a welcome. The Bay area is indeed a great place to live and go to TG events and groups. I feel very fortunate to be here. I'd love to go back to school and take some math again, just to stimulate that part of my brain. But I think Algebra I would tax me these days, and I never got as far as calculus.

Last year in December, I came out at a TG Christmas celebration with this following introduction: "Hello, my name is Maria Bianca. I'm new and I am a part time male crossdresser." It was so funny; everyone thought I was working part time as a crossdresser!

I dress part time, but I will always be a crossdresser.

Maria
