OK, I admit it! I like to dress in "little girl"

General talk about CD/TGing and gender topics that aren't necessarily fun things we do while en femme, or for gender-driven discussions.

Hello all: Yep, that "Missy Key" stuff is pretty frilly-- don't think I could go quite that far... But Rikki's outfit is cute...
Jo Ann: I like "Mary Janes" too and have a pair of chunky heel "Mary Janes" purchased either at a thrift shop or consignment store. Would like to find more. I am very reluctant to order shoes from web sites or mail order outlets, since sizing is really hard to gauge until you actually try the stuff on.
For a good picture of the period "school girl" stuff I prefer, check out the "dance" scene in the film AMERICAN GRAFFITI.
Someone mentioned a dressing style inspired by what teenage girls wore when some of us were younger, and I'll admit that my cheerleader/"school girl"/"nice girl" look is probably inspired by that. Sometimes I feel my "femme" look is an approximation of the "dream date" I never had (and probably never will).
Best wishes to all for the holiday season!
Peace-- Kendra Lynn ("hippie cheerleader").

You know next to boots I have seen a few women on the TV wearing Mary Janes. (--)

I've never worn frilly things or petticoats, but I love plaid school-girl skirts and plain blouses....

I would like to get a Box skirt, The type which is ususlly apart of a school uniform, but don't know how I would keep it nice, as I can only dress when I travel for my work.
SO isn't/won't discuss my preferance to womens things.

Well, it seems like we end up trying to make up for 'lost time,' because we didn't grow up as girls. So we go back and try to recreate what we missed..
Anita you have described the reason for my schoolgirl antics perfectly =D> =D>

For keeping it nice when you travel is not too hard. Most nice hotels have an iron in the room. By nice I do not mean super expensive. I am talking HoJo and those like it.
